How Many Students Per Teacher?

Ratio is maximum 3:1 or 4:1. Adults and Parent and Tot classes ratio is 5/6:1

Swimmers will receive the personal attention needed to attain their maximum potential.

Can I Choose An Instructor?

Parents are welcome to make a request however there are no guarantees.

How Long are Classes?

30 minutes , 45 minutes , 60 minutes

Are There Any Age Requirements?

Parent & Tot program starts at 6 months. Swim Preschool program is for children 3-7 years of age. Swim Kids program is for children 6-7 years and up.

Payment Options?

Cheque, cash, Visa, MasterCard,Interac or E-transfer. Cheques can be post-dated if session is pre-booked.

After Level 10?

We offer children the opportunity to join our Swim Patrol & Recreational Swim Teams, as well as our Lifesaving Society Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross courses.

Do We Offer Private Lessons?

Yes. They are separately priced but can be arranged upon request.

Make-up Lessons?

We’ll be happy to provide up to a maximum of 1 make-up lesson per student per session, given:

Due to a limited capacity, there are no make-ups for adult classes.
The office has been contacted by email 24 HOURS before the class to be missed.
The notice of the absence, including the student’s name and class day and time, has been confirmed received.
Make-up to be taken within the student’s current session and based on availability.
“Felix’s” makes no guarantees that the student will have their regular instructor for the make-up lesson.
No monetary credits/refunds will be provided for missed classes (whether or not “Felix’s” has received prior notice).
There will be no make-up lesson for the last missed class in each session.
There will be no make-up class for prior scheduled make-up.

Pool Closures?

In case of unforeseen circumstances the pool may be closed due to quality control or repair & maintenance. Students will receive a make-up class. There are no refunds.
