Learn to Swim Children and Teens

Felix’s Swim Schools offers children’s swimming lessons at many pools around the Greater Toronto Area.

Felix’s Learn-to-Swim Program is a dynamic and fun curriculum combined with competitive elements. The main objective of the swimming lessons for teens and children is the focus on an individualized approach and fast progression. Lessons are taught using a basic progression technique, with skills being broken down into simple, small steps and introduced with an element of skill and fun.

Our teachers adopt up-to-date teaching methods and unique planning strategies when delivering the kids learn-to-swim classes. Swimmers are taught in the four major areas: streamlining, sculling, strength, and skills, rather than the four major strokes. We feel this allows children to learn to swim rather than being taught, which promotes the more advanced swimming technique.
